Umplem un bol cu 400-500 ml de ap\u0103 \u00een care dizolv\u0103m patru-cinci linguri cu v\u00e2rf de sare grunjoas\u0103. Ob\u021binem o compozi\u021bie omogen\u0103, dup\u0103 care l\u0103s\u0103m carnea la fezandat vreme de 2-3 ceasuri;<\/li>\n<li>Amestec\u0103m bine compozi\u021bia ob\u021binut\u0103 la pasul anterior \u0219i ne preg\u0103tim pentru ultima etap\u0103;<\/li>\n<li>Ultima etap\u0103 este cea \u00een care d\u0103m form\u0103. Ma\u021bele cur\u0103\u021bate, sp\u0103late \u0219i r\u0103zuite cu lingura de lemn vor fi umplute cu amestecul de carne \u0219i condimente. Mont\u0103m p\u00e2lnia pentru c\u00e2rna\u021bi la ma\u0219ina de tocat \u0219i \u00eencepem s\u0103 umplem.
