Ca \u0219i celelalte bun\u0103t\u0103\u021buri de pe masa de s\u0103rb\u0103toare, leb\u0103rul trebuie preg\u0103tit cu c\u00e2teva zile \u00eenainte de Cr\u0103ciun \u0219i \u021binut la rece.<\/p>\n<p>Tradi\u021bionalul preparat are ca principal ingredient ficatul de porc \u0219i se serve\u0219te la aperitiv al\u0103turi de mu\u0219tar sau un sos de hrean. Secretul pentru un leb\u0103r savuros este ca ficatul s\u0103 fie proasp\u0103t.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen cele ce urmeaz\u0103 v\u0103 prezent\u0103m o <strong>re\u021bet\u0103 de leb\u0103r rom\u00e2nesc<\/strong>, gustos de te lingi pe degete.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingrediente<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 3 kg ficat crud de porc<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 kg carne de porc mai gras\u0103<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; ma\u021be groase<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 500 g sl\u0103nin\u0103 de porc<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 3 cepe foarte mari<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; ulei<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 4 c\u0103\u021bei de usturoi<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 5 foi de dafin<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; sare<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 lingur\u0103 boabe de piper<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 linguri\u021b\u0103 nuc\u0219oar\u0103<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mod de preparare<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Se toac\u0103 o ceap\u0103 m\u0103runt, dup\u0103 care se pune la c\u0103lit \u00een ulei. \u00centre timp punem la fiert carnea, sl\u0103nina \u0219i ficatul, peste care ad\u0103ug\u0103m piperul, tot usturoiul, ceapa r\u0103mas\u0103 \u0219i 5 frunze de dafin. Avem grij\u0103 s\u0103 lu\u0103m spuma de cate ori este nevoie. Ficatul se va fierbe primul, astfel \u00eel vom scoatem \u0219i l\u0103s\u0103m restul ingredientelor la fiert.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00e2nd se vor fierbe \u0219i celelalte ingrediente, le scoatem \u0219i le vom l\u0103sa la r\u0103cit. Urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 le t\u0103iem \u00een cuburi mari, s\u0103 le amestec\u0103m cu ceapa c\u0103lit\u0103, piperul, nuc\u0219oara \u0219i sarea dup\u0103 gust, dup\u0103 care le vom pune \u00een ma\u0219ina de tocat. Scoatem din ap\u0103 leb\u0103rul \u0219i \u00eel l\u0103s\u0103m la r\u0103cit.
