Se adaug\u0103 ap\u0103 c\u0103ldu\u021b\u0103 (45-55 grade) cu 300 gr zah\u0103r \u0219i toat\u0103 drojdia \u0219i se face o maia. La suprafa\u021b\u0103 se va forma o spum\u0103 alb\u0103. C\u00e2nd nu se va mai observa c\u0103 \u201efierbe&#8221; (dup\u0103 circa 7-9 zile), lichidul de deasupra r\u0103m\u00e2ne limpede. Atunci este gata de fiert \u0219i putem s\u0103 trecem la pasul doi.<\/p>\n<p>Cu o can\u0103 se recolteaz\u0103 lichidul, cu aten\u021bie s\u0103 nu se ia \u0219i drojdia sau f\u0103in\u0103\/t\u0103r\u00e2\u021be. Se ia doar lichidul \u0219i se pune la fiert \u00een cazan. Se mai poate ad\u0103uga \u0219i pu\u021bin\u0103 ap\u0103 (\u00een func\u021bie de ce cazane ave\u021bi). Se fierbe \u0219i se ob\u021bin aproximativ 10L de alcool foarte tare. Dac\u0103 e prea tare se mai poate stinge cu ap\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><b>C\u00e2teva preciz\u0103ri importante:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00cen procesul de distilare se ob\u021bin dou\u0103 substan\u021be: Metanol \u0219i Etanol. Metanolul este toxic! Din fericire e substan\u021b\u0103 care iese la \u00eenceputul distil\u0103rii, deoarece temperatura de fierbere este undeva \u00een jur de 65\u00b0C. De aceea, arunca\u021bi \u00eentotdeauna cam 300 gr. la 50 kg de borhot. Etanolul fierbe la cca. 80-85\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Nu amesteca\u021bi cele dou\u0103 produse obtinu\u021be. Cel care va curge la \u00eenceput este Metanol \u0219i este toxic!
