Dup\u0103 aceea a\u0219eza\u021bi-o \u00eentr-un loc ferit de lumin\u0103, la o temperatur\u0103 de 22 \u2013 24 grade Celsius.<\/p>\n<p>A doua zi, ve\u021bi vedea c\u0103 maiaua \u00eencepe s\u0103 fac\u0103 bule, s\u0103 creasc\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 prind\u0103 un miros acri\u0219or. Se va p\u0103stra doar 100 g din cultur\u0103, iar restul se arunc\u0103 sau se poate folosi pentru a prepara lipii ori cl\u0103tite. Peste cantitatea r\u0103mas\u0103 se va ad\u0103ug\u0103 alte 100 g de f\u0103in\u0103 alb\u0103 \u0219i 100 ml ap\u0103.
